Can I make an order over the phone?

We are able to clear any doubt about products in stock although orders can only be placed and paid online.

What if I need to return an item?

Can I ship to a different location?

You can choose the address you want to recive your order at, please just make sure to provide the correct address when you are placing your order. You can also let us know via email the address you wish us to deliver to and a member of our staff will be in touch.

What if an item is out of stock?

We work constanly on updating our stock information. If for any reason there is an stock issue with product you have selected we will contact you via email as soon as possible.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

We deliver from Dublin through An Post, if you are not at home when your order is being delivered you will either find the package in your mail box or a docket from An Post indicating where and whem can it be collected.
